Single Skin Gutters can be supplied with a loose internal liner tray to form site-assembled insulated gutters.

Gutters can be manufactured both curved or tapered.

Different types of joints can be supplied to customer specifications including Joggled Joints or Punched/Unpunched Butt Strap.

THE HYDRA-SHIELD GUTTER SYSTEM

Introducing “Hydra-Shield” wet-applied TPO membrane gutter complete with a 25-year “Cradle-to-Grave” guarantee. Designed as a cheaper alternative against a fully-bonded single membrane gutter system, the wet spray system has been produced for the protection of boundary wall and valley gutter.

Designed to be used as an alternative to fully bonded single membrane gutters, the Hydra-Shield gutter system incorporates an additional feature of an on-site heat-welded strap over the gutter joints.

PART L2

Designed to Part L2, the Hydra-Shield gutter system is manufactured with an in-house installed Thermal Break, improving thermal insulation standards. The cold-bridging detail reduces heat loss from the building at the eaves junction.

Hewitt Envelope Systems can also supply all of the various associated accessories including:

• Clip nut, Pensert and Standard Gutter bolts.
• Internal or External Gutter Support brackets.
• Loose or Welded Stopends (with overflows if required)
• Loose, Welded or Syphonic Outlets (square, round or tapered)
• Fabricated Sections including; pre-formed tee sections, corner and box corner sections, expansion joints and sump units.

Various optional coatings are available including: Membrane-lined factory-supplied, Bitumen TCN440 coating or a Bituminous paint applied prior to delivery.
