Structural Solar radiation envelope cladding system – incorporating a structural horizontal deck to eliminate the need for purlins and cleats to the main steel columns making a clean finish internally.

The invention concerns factory made construction for the commercial construction centre.

This is a wall and roof element , essentially consisting of:

• Strcut Liner
• Insulation
• PIR CBoard
• Top Sheet and cavity
• And having the appearance of a conventional Sidewall and Roofing system.
• ++In this form the elements combine the qualities of strength , attractiveness,  economy, lightness, ease and rapid installation like no existing envelope package can.

In its form the elements enables roofing contractors to install and insulate rapidly and economically in one single operation, saving the additional operation of house fabrication of cleats as well as the secondary fixing of roof purlins and sheeting rails to a conventional building envelope.

It is exceptionally rapid from the envelope contractors point of view also as the system eliminates the necessity for installing a bar and bracket system eliminating another operation in the envelope design.

The Eliminent will also comprise an internal cavity for solar radiation capture as the outer construction is permeable to solar radiation.  In this form the design makes it possible to carry out in fewer operations the roofing and sidewall, the insulation and the installation of a low cost solar heating system and is perfectly asthetic on the surrounding building and constructions. The envelope allows for a Energy provided at low cost

Claims

The product can be used as a Solar heating system to the construction of a building with virtually no running cost allowing it to GIVE A CARBON NEUTRAL DESIGN.

System is low energy fans or HVAC System creates suction pressure over the cavity.

At the top of the elevation the heated air is drawn into a plenum (internal collection chamber) before being delivered into the building by one of these two systems

Stand alone Solar Air Heating System Heated air is transferred from the collector directly into the building under pressure by a standalone fan unit.

Integrated Solar Air Heating System – Heated air is ducted from the collector back to the HVAC system and subsequently delivered into the building through a requlated high level ducting system.
